Fall Wedding at Liberty Mountain Resort, Gettysburg, Pennsylvania
Brooke and Alex got married on a beautiful October day and incorporated so many beautiful elements into their day. They chose to do a first look, which allowed for lots of additional time after their ceremony to focus on portraits, which was a priority for them.
Surrounded by beautiful blues and reds they made this non-traditionally fall color palette work wonders. The crisp blue suits looked absolutely stunning, and I think blue suits are my new favorite color. Their dessert table consisted of delicious whoopee pies as well as their amazing cake, and guests got packaged cookies as a favor to take home and enjoy the next morning with coffee.
Brooke and Alex’s first look didn’t leave a dry eye in the house, and that theme carried throughout their day. I loved seeing Alex’s face when he saw Brooke for the first time, and I love that that moment is forever memorialized for them in photographs.
Walking the grounds with them after their ceremony was so much fun. They emphasized that they wanted a large focus of the day to be on couples portraits, so we made sure to build plenty of time into their timeline for exactly what they wanted.
Their guests certainly knew how to party, and Brooke and Alex shared the sweetest dance alone at the end of the night while their guests prepared for their sparkler send-off.
Congratulations you two!
